EMPOWERING TEACHERS

I had the privilege of working with EmpowerED Coaching, and I can confidently say that their approach transformed my teaching and eased my fears and frustrations. The coaching process took me through intentional stages that fostered my growth. My instruction was observed, and measurable goals were created to guide my development. I was introduced to research-based strategies that I could immediately apply in the classroom, and I had the opportunity to observe similar instruction in action from proficient teachers with Sandoval by my side guiding me through observation and application in my own classroom. This cycle was repeated as needed. The entire experience took place in a safe, supportive learning environment where I felt encouraged to take risks and improve. Additionally, our professional learning community attended trainings led by Sandoval, which were expertly differentiated to meet our specific data and instructional needs as a grade level cohort. These sessions were engaging, allowing us to grow both as individuals and as a team. What I truly appreciated was that Sandoval honors our time as professionals. He uses his own experience to meet the challenging demands of differentiation and shares practical tips and tricks that come from real-world teaching. With EmpowerED’s guidance, I became a more confident and effective teacher, capable of creating a classroom where both my students, my team, and I could thrive.
